Head Coach Coach Williams football career began at Papillion LaVista High School located in Papillion, Nebraska, where he earned Honorable Mention WR honors. Coach Williams decided to attend college at Modesto Junior College in Modesto CA. He started 9 games at WR for the Blue Devils before an injury ended his season. Coach Williams returned to Nebraska were he landed on the Roster for the Lincoln Lighting under then Head Coach Jose Jefferson in 2000. He was essentially traded to the Omaha Beef where he was a defensive back. Williams went on to become the Omaha Beef record holder with three interceptions in a single game. He was named First Team IPFL Defensive Back with 24 breakups and 10 Interceptions. In addition, Williams was the IPFL league leader with 24 breakups. Coach Williams continued his playing days with the Nebraska Bears from 2001 to 2004. In 2001 he was voted 1st team Northern Conference Defensive Back. In 2002 he was voted 2002 NAFL Western Conference Iron-Man of the Year. He was also named 2002 and 2003 2nd team Northwest Region All-Star. Coach Williams ended his playing days in 2006 when he was a valuable member of the Stars & Stripes National Championship team Cass County Renegades.
Coach Williams received his Associates Degree from Ashworth College in Norcross, GA. He majored in Criminal Justice. Williams began his coaching career with Doane College in Crete, Nebraska as a Wide Receivers Coach under Tommie Frazier. He then became the Wide Receiver and Special Team Coordinator for the Omaha Beef from 2006 to 2007. Coach Williams was promoted to Offensive Coordinator in 2008 where his Offense broke many Omaha Beef records. The rushing offense was first with 1,400 yards with an average of 93.3 yards a game. Omaha's quarterback was the UIF's Most Improved Player of the Year. Four offensive players made the 2008 UIF All-Star team, with the leading receiver being named MVP at the 2008 UIF All-Star Game. The Beef made the 2008 UIF Playoffs with a 10-4 record. His second year as Offensive Coordinator. the Beef offense averaged 50.3 points per game; 4th in the 19-team league. The special teams finished with the 2nd best average per return with 19.5; passing efficiency was 3rd best at 102.6. The Beef won the Central Division Championship with an 11-3 record in the toughest division in the IFL. They also made the 2009 IFL playoffs with a 1st round bye. The Beef were the only team to beat the IFL Champion, Billings Outlaws, in 2009. Overall, the Beef ended the season at 11-4, the 3rd overall best record in the IFL.
For his achievement on and off the field Coach Williams will be inducted into the Minor League Football Hall of Fame on December 4th in Las Vegas, Nevada, as part of the Class of 2009 Hall of Fame inductees.

Wide Receiver/Offensive Assistant coach Mike Bonner is from Birmingham, AL graduated from Wenonah High School and went to college at Weber State University in Ogden, UT and majored in Sports Management. Coach Bonner professional career started with the Nebraska Bears of the NAFL and was a teammate with head coach Tommie Williams from 2001- 2004. He started playing indoor football with the Iowa Blackhawks of the APFL 2004-2005. Special Teams coach for the Iowa Blackhawks in 2005 because of an Injury and the Iowa Blackhawks which led the league in all special team categories. Coach Bonner was also a key member of the NAFL 2006 Stars and Stripes Cass County Renegade championship team. In 2008, signed to play with Kansas Koyotes in Topeka, Kansas and won a championship that year as well. In 2009, Coach Bonner was the Wide Receiver & Offensive assistant coach of the Kansas City Shockers.

Special Teams Coordinator Keith Workman was born and raised in Omaha, NE where he attended North High school and played football, baseball and wrestled. He graduated in 1989. He then attended Southwest Missouri where he played baseball.
Workman began coaching Little Vikes Football for the Texas Tech Red Raiders in 1998. Between 1998 and 2005 he worked with various clinics such as NFL and Cornhuskers. In 2007-08 he was the Nebraska Extreme Football running backs coach before working with the Omaha Beef offense and running backs in 2008-09.
Starting with the 2010 season Workman will be the special teams coordinator for the Sioux City Bandits.

Defensive Coordinator Coach Parker attended high school at Columbia High School in Columbia, Mississippi where he was a three year letterman and a two year starter at the LB/OG positions from 1991-1994. This is the same high school that the late great Walter Payton attended. After high school, Parker went on to play at Montgomery College of Rockville, Maryland where he lettered as a freshman and was named Special Teams Player of the Year in 1994. Unfortunately, Coach Parkers collegiate career was interrupted with the illness of his mother. Coach Parker had to move back to Mississippi to take care of his mother. In 1996, Parker wanted to continue his collegiate football career. He enrolled into Friends University of Wichita, Kansas where he was a two year starter at the Defensive End. While at Friends, Parker accumulated 169 tackles, 59 tackles for loss, 16.5 sacks and one interception. Upon graduation in May 2000, Parker went on to play with the Lincoln Lightning in the IFL. However in 2001, Coach Parkers professional playing career really began. From 2001-2003 Coach Parker played with the Tri City Diesel and LaCrosse Night Train of the NIFL. While with the Diesel, Parker accumulated 90 tackles, 21 tackles for loss, 8.5 sacks and one interception for a touchdown at the DL/LB position and was named to his first All-Star team in 2001. While with the Night Train for eight games of the 2003 season, Parker accumulated 60 tackles, eight tackles for loss and two sacks at the LB position. Also during the 2003 season while with the Night Train Parker was given the opportunity to work out for the Baltimore Ravens, Atlanta Falcons and Washington Redskins of the NFL. In 2004 Parker went on to play a short time for the Wyoming Calvary. He also, in 2004, received a look from the Ottawa Renegades of the CFL.
In 2005, Coach Parker became a coach for the first time professionally. Parker was a DL/LB coach for the Black Hills Red Dogs of the UIF under head coach Damon Ware. In 2008, Parker became the Defensive Coordinator for the New Mexico Wildcats of the AIFA in their inaugural season. Parker also coaches varsity football at St. Pats High school in Nebraska under head coach Kevin Dodson. Parker coaches RBs and DL. This fall will be Parkers 5th year at St. Pats and 8th year overall coaching high school football.

Football Operations andrewmather@scbandits.com Andrew Mather returns to the Bandits for his third season and will work with Coach Williams on the football operations side of the organization as well as help out on the field. Mather previously coached running backs for the Bandits in 2008 and 2009 and was the recruiting coordinator during the 2009 season. Mather began coaching as a student coach at Morningside College in 2005, working with the running backs. Morningside went 12-1 that season, winning the Great Plains Athletic Conference Championship and advancing to the quarterfinals of the NAIA playoffs. In 2006, Mather worked with the defensive line and also picked up duties in the video department. Morningside finished 9-3, advancing to the semi-finals of the NAIA playoffs. In 2007, Coach Mather was named the Director of Football Operations for Morningside, running the teams video department. Mather is also an assistant coach for West High School in Sioux City, running the teams video operations and assisting with football operations.
Mather and his wife Samantha live in Lawton, Iowa.
